Patrick wanted to improve a neighborhood park in Chicago for his Eagle Scout project.

What does it take to be a leader? It took project planning, logistics, staffing, supervision, troubleshooting, not to mention heavy lifting.

Congradulations Patrick for a job well done. Good luck at the Board of Review!

The scouts are assigned tasks and get to work. The junior scouts assemble the frame.
How to get 80 pound bags of sand from the dock to the playground? Scouts will figure it out. Parents stopped helping when the scouts were 10 years old.

The scouts take a break during the heavy lifting. Scouts is more than just a break from video games, but getting kids out for some hard work is the new #1 reason to encourage scouting.
Hard work doesn't preclude fun. The scouts pelt eachother with snowballs.
